Noah Ochomo is a Kenyan baritone singer with the Nairobi Chamber Chorus and a long time woodwind, piano and voice tutor in Nairobi, Kenya.
Noah studied at Kenyatta University and the Kenya Conservatoire of Music. He has ABRSM certification for piano (Grade 5), Saxophone (Grade 6) and Voice (Grade 8). He has also studied choral conducting under Dr. Kevin Fenton (Florida State university) and completed Estill Voice Training ™️ Levels 1 and 2.
He started his professional career as the director of The African Inland Church Choir Directorfor 8 years. He spent 5 years teaching at the Kenya Conservatoire of Music where he co-developed the Sing Out! Training program.
He is currently the assistant director of the Nairobi Chamber Chorus, and assistant director at the Safaricom Choir. He also trains the Kenyatta University Students’ Choir. He is also a private music tutor in Nairobi.
As a choral singer and conductor, Noah has travelled extensively around the world.
He is an active member of the Kenya Choral Directors Trust and the American Choral Directors Association.
Noah enjoys singing and listening to music and is an avid reader of Science and Technology .
